Congrats to Rick Ross. Among the others are Kanye, Drake, Fabolous, and R. Kelly. This list is really surprising that New York Times put Rick Ross over all the other artists in all the other genres. I liked Rick Ross' album it was pretty hot, but I liked Drake and Kanye's a little more.
